The accelerating shortage in skilled trades across Canada has intensified the competition to attract new workers, requiring significant investments in time and money from employers. The Candian Technical Training Center (CTTC) has responded to industry needs by offering free access to our student profiles. This allows employers to validate skill sets and assess key competencies, such as communication skills, quality assurance, quality control (QAQC), and job planning.
Employers can monitor our students' progress daily through their student portal, which includes work uploads, intake interviews, and completed safety courses. This transparency ensures that the candidates meet industry standards.
To support the next generation of skilled trade professionals, CTTC provides employers with continued support through a continuing education grant of $5,500, paid in advance. This grant is contingent on the employer committing to retain the student worker for at least two years, allowing the student sufficient time to apply for Canadian residency. If an employer fails to meet this commitment, the grant will be prorated and repaid to the school.
Additionally, hiring our students fulfills remote worksite labor needs, thus enriching local communities by adding to their workforce. Our students bring international work ethics and proficiency in English, with 90% being fluent speakers, ensuring they are ready to integrate and contribute effectively from day one.
By hiring while contributing to the development of Canada’s next generation of skilled tradespeople, our students, and employers gain access to a qualified, well-prepared, and motivated workforce that can meet the demands of today’s competitive job market while contributing to the development of Canada’s next generation of skilled tradespeople.
We provide financial support and extend financial aid for students. Tuition repayment starts only when the students find employment and work in Canada.
This is a first-class training center in the Philippines. CTTC does not help with job placement or recruitment for students.
